WORKING WITH US
We're always looking for certain types of people. People who like the way we sound, especially the way we work, the way we interact and deal with pressure. Who have a little bit of talent and tons of hard work in them. A desire to cross boundaries. Do new things. Try new things. Grab responsibility like it's the last bottle of water in the arid wastelands of the middle east. Who can add to our 'culture' (abused word that it is) their own individual flair and ideas. Remuneration's the least of our worries. Based on tenure and performance, we also have a corporate incentive programme that can sometimes seem to be unexpectedly rewarding for the one receiving it.

Right now we're looking for Creative people - Copywriters and Art people - both fresh to the world and exprienced, those who can think ideas, visualise, do great graphics and imagery, find the right words. And creative people in Management. Those who think creatively and can't but help try and drive it from the front fender... cross swords with the other side, as it were.
